How to used Diskus
1- To open the diskus hold the outer case in one hand and put the thumb of other hand on the thumb grip and push the thumb as far as it will go until hear a click.
2- Slide the lever away until it clicks.
3- Breathe out, put the mouthpiece between lips and breath in steadily and deeply.
4- Remove the diskus from the mouth and hold the breath for about 10 seconds, or as long as it comfortable.
v Wipe the mouthpiece of the diskus with dry tissue to clean it.
